1.ACCOMMODATION
AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
TO ENSURE THAT SEAFARERS HAS CERTIFIED ACCOMMODATION
AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES ONBOARD
IT SHALL PAY ATTENTION TOWARDS –
SIZE OF ROOMS AND OTHER ACCOMMODATION, HEATING AND VENTILATION, NOISE AND
VIBRATION AND OTHER AMBIENT FACTORS, SANITORY FACILITIES, LIGHTING AND HOSPITAL
ACCOMMODATION
2.FOOD
AND CATERING
TO ENSURE THAT SEAFARER HAVE ACCESS TO GOOD QUALITY
FOOD AND DRINKING WATER PROVIDED UNDER REGULATED HYGENIC CONDITIONS. FOOD
ONBOARD SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE AND COOK SHALL BE TRAINED AND QUALIFIED
